Stress is a major problem for many people, which can lead to ill-health and not being able to make the most out of life. Meditation is now recognised as being very beneficial and a simple way of learning to manage stress. However, paying for expensive meditation classes can be beyond the means of the very people who need it the most. I run free meditation classes in London which is open to you, the general public. With increasing demand and attendance however, we're experiencing a strain on our small budget used for the running costs of the classes. In order not suffer any curtailment, your donation will help tide us through.
