Firstly a big thanks to all of you that supported our original Fundraiser - to challenge the initial closure of the Trials practice Centre - we are now looking to support the Owner (Steve) in his appeal against the refusal of his Planning Application. If successful, then Fry’s can reopen on a more regular basis.

We intend to use the funds to employ a professional team to address the issues raised in respect of Parking, Noise, the Local Nature & Biodiversity.

Our initial advice is that we have a strong case to succeed.

We ask that all adults who wish to support, please donate £10 and all U16’s donate £5. That would really help us reach our target and we thank you in advance for your support

Funds to go towards an appeal against our refused planning application. A solicitor and barrister have been appointed to help us with this.

Motorcycle trials riders need somewhere legal and safe to ride. Fry's Bottom Trials practice wood (near Bristol) offers a perfect location for enthusiasts to hone their skills without disturbing residential areas. The woods are a total of 33 acres, used by all ages. Trials is a skill based NON racing sport. Safe and not as expensive as other motorsports, therefore accessible to all.

This site provides a controlled environment, reducing the risk of accidents and promoting responsible riding practices. By granting planning permission, Bath and North East Somerset Council would support the local community of riders and contribute to safer recreational activities.  None of the professional consultants have come up with a credible reason provide B&NES council with grounds to refuse.  All objectors are sighting reasons that have been proven ungrounded.
