    Story

In 2014 our church leadership team had a vision to encourage our church to attend a Christian conference. We prayed that hearts be stirred, that fellowship would be known and that this would help us be the Church that God is calling us to be.

In 2015 we sent 11 delegates to Hillsong Conference Europe. All 11 were adults.
In 2016 we sent 23 delegates. 15 adults and 7 under the age of 18.
In 2017 we want to double our group and send 30 adults and 14 persons under the age of 18.

We want to plant seeds. We want to change hearts and we want to set lives upon new paths. Bigger paths. Straighter paths. Gods Paths.
We believe that attending conference is one way to do this, we can already see this happening.

Attending conference incurs costs that can be hard to meet by just the delegates. The cost is not just the ticket, but also the hiring of transport and the cost of parking. We want to call upon the biblical principal of sharing and giving to help this happen.

The delegates will mainly be from the congregation of Gillingham Methodist Church, but will not be restricted to it. We believe in a church that does not require an entrance exam, an attendance record or a secret handshake. All are welcome. The more we give, the more that can attend from our congregation. The more we give, the more husbands, wives, sons, daughters, friends and colleagues that we can invite to share an experience that is guaranteed to impact their heart.

    Thank you. God Bless.
