Hello my name is Ellie and I'm 17 years old currently studying A levels and as part of my studies I've been picked to represent my country at the Global Young Leaders Conference in America and on the 3rd July 2017 I will spend 10 days in Washington DC and New York. High school students from all across the world will be coming together to discuss, interact and learn about the world as of today.

Global Young Leaders Conference is an event which takes place yearly and will allow me to interact with experts such as internationally recognized business leaders, policy officials, diplomats, and journalists. I will be a global citizen and gain insight into current issues. The experience will help me gain skills for life through challenges and leadership skills. It will give me an insight into future education such as University and my career aspirations. At the end of this experience I will receive a college credit through the George Mason University.
