The annual Gee Cross Community Well Dressing has become a much loved heritage event for the village and visitors from far and wide, The event is supported completely by a team of volunteers from the local community who create with many other volunteers from community groups in the area the event we have grown to love.

The event costs in the region of £2500 per year, this covers the extensive costs of the road closures, insurances and the other items needed to make this event as wonderful as it is annually.

In order to ensure that the 2024 event is able to go ahead we need your help to raise much needed funds for the infrastructure of the event and therefore we will be asking people to donate to the Just Giving page.

We would also like to invite volunteers in other capacities to ensure that 2024 is a huge success for our community.
