Story
So this is for George, he’s asked us for a holiday after his heart surgery so he can enjoy a holiday “normal” as he put it.
George is my besutiful 9 year old ginger firey little boy, he was diganosed with ASD roughly 4/5 yesrs ago, and has alot of struggles with this alone, Roughly a year ago he started to collaspe and just drop to the floor and be out cold, dribbling from the mouth, he would go blue and just not be with me at all, after a lot of test’s the childrens hospital said he has WPW, SVT. Which is a extra electrical connection in his heart, and when it wants to, it throws his heart out of rhythm. Hes now on a medication which helps keep the rhythm notmal but its only just keeping his episodes at bay, and we do get times where it takes him off his feet, makes him blue etc… we have been told that worse case it can cause his heart to stop, as rare at the worst case is we have still had to prepare for this. because as the medication is only just working his surgery has been brought forward and should be within the next few months, hes so brave with bloods Being taken every couple months and monitors put on etc.. he has his cry and his cuddles but he gets on with it. Hes such an inspiration to me!
George has 4 siblings who have been right by his side watching whats gone on and absolutely helped him through some of the most awful times the passed year!
after his bloods today we was talking and he told me he wants a normal holiday, hes super scared of heights so we never go abroad, but he loves the forest cabins etc… it would be amazing to be able to say when hes had his operation we are going away just for a few days for him. Obviously he needs to rest and recoup first but then take him away and maybe get him some little bits when we are there like ice creams and things. (He forever asks for oreo ice creams haha)
