My twin sister Claire, who is one of the many lovely people in the world born with Down Syndrome, has recently been in hospital extremely ill with very serious bowel problems.
She has been operated on twice in the last 3 weeks and has been in intensive care for most of that time. She is now out of Intensive care and is well on the road to recovery! A very close friend recently suggested that we should take her to disneyland to aid her recovery and as a treat after everything she has been through.
As I and a small group of friends are doing Total Warrior in September, we decided to raise money to get Claire to Disneyland!
Anything you can give will help greatly to prove to Claire just how many people are willing her to recover and to put a smile back on that face!
