Story
Katie is a student at Rainford Sixth Form and has volunteered to take part in the Ghana project; which aims to help underprivileged, poverty-stricken children.
The focus of our visit is to introduce advanced, scientific stem research to the children’s learning facilities. Therefore, we are planning on raising as much money as possible, in order to travel to Ghana and be a part of the project. This will cover the expense of the scientific equipment needed.
My school travels to Ghana annually and have made incredible improvements to the community, such as:
- Donating clothes
- Building libraries (supplied with books)
- Building schools
- Planting vegetable patches
- Building beds
- Helping women and children who were forced to leave their homes
Please donate! support Katie , who is trying to make a difference in this world. x many thanks x
