Story
Granddad Albert is 94 years young, he is funny, likes a joke and a laugh and loves company.
He also had dementia.
Since nanny passed away in November 2015 he lived alone, he was quite happy but not able to care for himself without a lot of help and sometimes seemed lonely.
In August 2016 he moved into Berwood Court Care Home. He has company around the clock, tells his jokes to any one who will listen and most importantly seems contented.
Instead of buying and sending Christmas cards this year I will be donating via this crowdfunding page to Berwood Court Care Home. Making sure my Granddad and his new friends have a great Christmas with a little extra money for celebrations or any thing needed to make living there even better than it already is.
Before you buy cards this year think about giving to a great cause close to mine and my families' heart and give whatever you can.
Thank you for reading and please share.
