Story

I have recently retired after 37 years of military and public service as a police officer, my family and i have retired to the village of Barton in North Yorkshire.

My little boy attends the local village primary school, a school with only 37 children and very little funding. The school is in urgent need of a new trim trail climbing frame for the childrens fun and physical development.

The old trim trail will soon be condemned and removed. The children are extremely upset and need a trim trail and climbing frame to help them develop and play.

Along with my lifelong friend Alistair, a veteran A&E nurse, mountain rescue member and avid hill walker will walk Hadrians wall between June 2nd and 6th 2024 in order to raise funds for the school.
