As you all know this event is run on Donations and Sponsors, it is organised and operated by volunteers to create a local Community Event.

Funding is getting less and less each year and costs are increasing year on year making it harder to put on such a great free event.

We received feed back saying you would prefer to give small and often so we have set up this in the hope it will generate the required help.

Historically we have always been funded by local businesses , Schools and groups, but this has been hard since Covid. Last year was the first year in our 8 years that we had to rely on the buckets and online donations from the public to pay the bills.
The Bucket collection and public online payments was always to raise funds for 217th Gilbertfield BB and Particip8, and make any reinvestments in the event for example new equipment or signage that the council want used.

This is the Biggest and best event in the Cambuslang Area Please support us if you can. Hope to see you all Saturday 2nd November 2024
