Danbury is a beautiful village and has retained its rural character over decades. It has many sites of Special Scientific Interest and National Trust land which are visited by many people from all over the county and beyond.
Speculative Land promoters have applied for planning permission which if approved would change the beauty and character of the village forever.
We hope that Chelmsford City Council will reject the applications but also expect the land promoters to immediately appeal that decision.
To fight the appeal will cost a considerable amount of money as this will have to be done using a specialist planning lawyer. Please help us to defeat this developer by contributing to the cause. THANKYOU!
