Hannah is an incredible friend, wife, sister, daughter, family member and totally devoted mum to her three sons. She's the person who is always there for everyone, the one who remembers all the birthdays, special occasions, texts on Important dates and always checks in. Hannah now finds herself in the most tragic of circumstances and it's our turn to show her how much she is loved.
Just two weeks ago Hannah unexpectedly received a cancer diagnosis. The wait for more information and a clinical plan has been agonising. Devastatingly, on 25th September she was told that she has no treatment options, her metastatic disease is too far progressed.
There is nothing we can do to dimmish the seismic impact this news has had on Hannah and her family. Our purpose is to alleviate any financial worries the family might have at this time so that Hannah and Nick can concentrate on making the most of the time they have left together. She has always grabbed life so vigorously and given her boys so many opportunities; let's hope that this fund enables her and Nick to continue to do that for as long as possible.
