Story
The Harvey Hext Trust is a charity set up in memory of one of Sarah Hext's three children. Harvey lost his battle with cancer at 6 years old and his siblings struggled coming to terms with it. The charity is therefore aimed towards the siblings of the deceased providing them with a unique memory box to help preserve their memories. The boxes are a very simple, effective way of helping a sibling remember their brother or sister and preserve their memory. Sarah came to our college asking us to help her raise awareness for her charity. As a group of engineers we decided we could go the extra mile and create something for her charity to sell. Our class is planning to host a motocross event, dedicated to Harvey, where all of the money raised will go to her charity. We are asking for donations to fund the materials to create garden ornaments and all the excess money will be going straight to the charity.
