Story
Dear reader,
To support this cause, our team has organised a climb up mount Snowdon on Friday 17th May to help raise enough funds to hopefully bring this exciting project to life.
Broadfield Ward specialises in long-term care, and our patients typically spend an average of 78 days with us. During this time, they face various challenges and are often confined indoors for extended periods. This garden will offer them a breath of fresh air, a connection with nature, and a therapeutic environment that can significantly contribute to their well-being and recovery.
We believe that this project can make a real difference in the lives of our patients, but we cannot achieve this goal without the support of generous individuals and organisations like you. That is why we are reaching out to you today, humbly requesting your support through charitable donations or any assistance you can provide.
Your contribution will go towards creating a beautiful, accessible, and serene garden space, complete with specialised therapeutic features and equipment tailored to our patients' needs.
The monies will be managed by Haywood Hospital Broadfield Ward's registered charitable fund 'TF6' to facilitate the programme.
