As an individual who is passionate in fitness with numerous health conditions, I consider myself blessed to be able to continue in endurance sports.

This year on the 30th June I will attempt to complete The UK Ultimate Triathlon in less than 17 hours, this consists of 2.4 miles of open water swimming, 112 miles of cycling and a 26.2 marathon run to the finish line. Yep, I am scared, this will be my hardest multi-sports challenge to date after multiple surgeries to reconstruct both my legs.

teams in Staffordshire under extremely passionate leadership, offering all the players not only the opportunity to grow in grass roots football but to be part of something special, a family that works together creating bonds of sportsmanship which will shape them in years to come.
