Aberdare Park National Road Races club was very sad to hear about the devastating loss of a promising young racer's race equipment after his race van was stolen from outside his house in broad daylight. He had that morning returned from a most successful trip to the Isle of Man Classic TT. He achieved the position of first privateer home in his class, all this by the age of 27. As motorcycle clubs, racers and race enthusiasts we can't imagine how devastated Alex is feeling, but what we can do is to dig into our pockets to help this young star, who is not paid for entertaining the crowds and funds his own career, with support from his family and friends.

He lost: 4 sets of Alpine Stars leathers. 3 new Arai helmets plus visors and tearoffs. 1 new set and one old set of Daytona boots. 4 sets of Alpine Stars gloves. Numerous Base layers. Chest and back protectors. Boot socks. 2 transponders plus numerous other items yet to come to light. At the moment he has suffered a £10,000 loss. This has also halted his career for the foreseeable future.

Please don't let this young man's career be ended for good by some filthy lowlife.

Alex is one of the stars of Aberdare Park, he had 16, yes, 16 wins at this year's event. We will personally be starting the fund to replace Alex's equipment with an initial donation of £150.
