I've raised £1000 to help fund a PulseGuard MK2 Seizure Alarm and cover the monthly rental costs for my baby brother Toby due to being let down with a Brio Alarm

I'm Tia from Tia's Treasures have you heard about Tia's Treasures? I began it in 2011 when I was 6 and raised over £5,000 for charity by selling my handmade bracelets and keyrings and organising big fundraisers with my family Mum Lisa, Dad Richard and brothers Alex, Adam, Jamie, Tommy and Toby.
In March 2018 Toby started to have seizures and after 5 ambulance rides to hospital, A&E, Resuss, stays on Children's Ward and lots of tests he was diagnosed with Epilepsy.
Mum and Dad were scared to sleep so I decided to start fundraising for an alarm for Toby so when he had seizures at night it would wake Mum and Dad, people were so kind and I soon raised £1000 which meant Toby could get his alarm and as we had money left over we funded an alarm for a friend of ours Kiera who has Epilepsy too, my first page #HelpTiaToHelpToby ended so I set up #HelpTiaToHelpOthers where the donations kept coming by Christmas 2018 we had funded 4 wrist alarms, 2 mattress alarms, 2 pulse oximeters and 2 cameras for those with night seizures.
Toby's alarm begun to become very unreliable and after searching the internet Mum soon found out this was quite a common problem with this alarm so she decided to send it back for a refund and buy Toby a more reliable alarm which research shown was the PulseGuard MK2.
Mum sent the alarm back and was told by Possum LTD that the alarm works so she wouldn't be refunded and the alarm would be returned to her.
If the alarm was returned which it hasn't been Mum and Dad would not risk using it as it is very unreliable.
No refund means no alarm, no alarm means no sleep for Mum and Dad as Toby's seizures are worse at night, even with an alarm they don't get much sleep but with one they manage a few hours.
Mum and Dad are trying to save for an alarm for Toby but they shouldn't have to they should have been refunded allowing them to buy Toby a new alarm straight away to help keep him safe.
Please share this to #HelpTiatoHelpToby as sharing is caring.
