This will be my second Christmas in London. And from the moment I moved back to the UK I realised what a huge opportunity I have to help people who possibly need it most. Being homeless can be a very lonely existence. Ask yourself, how many times do you walk past a homeless person and even acknowledge them?

Last year I went around giving away old clothes and sleeping bags and it made such a huge difference. This year I have been donated 1000 cereal bars and I have been giving away 6 at a time, and while that's technically two days of food (alarmingly) I neee to do more.

So this year i have decided to run fitness classes on Clapham Common (opposite Clapham Common Station by the statue!!) on Saturday and Sunday for 6 hours straight!! Come on down for 20 minutes or the full 6 hours and donate a minimum of 5 pounds (either through here or on the day) to a fantastic cause and help me help the homeless of London.
