The reason why I chose to support 3 Charities rather than just one is because these are 3 charities that I either know someone who has experienced something similar, or I have experienced myself.

CFC are a small charity in Stratford-upon-Avon who do a really incredible job to help improve the quality of life for many children. They give new bikes/tandems/specially-adapted tricycles to children and young people who have affected by cancer throughout the UK, and they operate entirely on the kind support of the public. Cancer in a child is one of the worst things imaginable, so if I can do my little bit to help, I will.

Homelessness in the UK has soared in the past 10 years and a staggering number of people have been left without a home to live in because of circumstances. ST MUNGO's vision is that everyone has a place to call home and the chance to fulfil their hopes and ambitions. Everyone deserves a second chance, and I want to do what I can to facilitate this.

MIND is a mental health charity who provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of mental health in the community. Their aim is to get support and respect from everyone who experiences mental health problems and to remove the stigma associated with mental health. Mental health is something that needs to be treated in the same way as a broken arm or a cardiac problem, or any physical health issue. I want to help raise awareness and help people understand mental health.
