    Story

We are on a mission to Revitalize our high street! As a group built of business owners, volunteers, local authorities and working alongside the council we as a collective have developed the Heswall ICE Christmas Festival, an interactive, creative and educational Christmas aiming to bring families to the area, not only once but a few times throughout the weekend.

This event is entirely self-funding and any money raised during the event will help to fund future events throughout Heswall.

The ICE Festival is a Christmas event fit for the 21st century. Designed to engage with people young and old, bringing families, friends, business owners and groups together.

We aim to engage with the local community and inspire them to get involved. Build relationships in business community and encourage people to take ownership of their own village.

The festival is designed to drive people to our local independent businesses and make a difference to empty shop fronts.

ICE will be a 4-day event running from thee 1st Dec - 4th Dec

With over 20 food and drink vendors across 4 different locations
    45 stalls
    Indoor events
Creative Workshops for young and old
    Voluntary Christmas Present Wrapping Point
    Live Music from Wirral Radio
    Sing for Christmas Competition Finale
    Dog Grotto
    Santa’s Storytime
    and much more

We want to raise money to help us spread the shine throughout Heswall instead of focusing on one area.

    If we raise

£5000 we will fill Heswall with Wooden Christmas Huts for stall holders
£3000 we will get real Reindeer to the event
£2000 we will rent more activities for the children to interact with over the 4 days

Any extra money we will buy additional lights and pay the council to put them up and take them down

We believe we could expect over £100K in extra revenue for local businesses with an extra 10,000 visitors to Heswall, can you help up make this a memorable Christmas.
