Hi,

My name is Andrew and I'm in my late 20's. Working since before I left school I have always aimed to be independent and eventually a property owner. I have worked and saved where I can although costs in rent rising have lead to me being able to save even less than I would need to save to be eligable for a mortgage. This is why I have turned to justgiving.com.

I do not wish to own a large or excessive property, just something I can call home. I am a single person, renting a flat which unfortunatly means I spend almost 60% of my income on rent alone, which is money I work hard for but never see.

I'm fast approaching my 30's now and have no home to call my own. I am simply asking if there would be kind souls out there to assist me in getting myself onto the property ladder once and for all.
