Story

Top of the final peak! An awesome effort by the boys 👊🏻

Up at 4am, some bleary eyed boys! Off we go…..

On Thursday 4 April the Huddersfield RUFC Under-15s are taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge to raise money towards their annual end of season tour to Newcastle. The Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge is a 24 mile round trip across the gruelling peaks of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, with a total ascent of 1585 metres. We are aiming to complete the challenge in under 12 hours.

We would really appreciate any donations to support the challenge. With the boys heading into GCSEs next year this is the last junior tour for them as a team. Knowing what a positive experience being part of such a dedicated team has been for them, the boys are determined to pull together and put in 110% effort to ensure that the tour is financially accessible to everyone involved. The boys are also keen to show their appreciation for the commitment and passion of their coaches, and for the support they have had this season.

From them to you, thank you for any donations, big or small, that you are able to give!
