Following the success of the first Hugh McKenzie Memorial Trail Races, we are back to raise funds for the Western Isles Association for Mental Health in 2024!

Founded in memory of my brother, Hugh McKenzie, who sadly took his life in 2018. This event was created to ensure his memory lives on through celebrating his love of running and creating a welcoming environment for all.

The 6k race and relay means everyone is welcome to take part, either as a solo runner, or as part of a team of 3 taking 2km each.

Start time is 11am on the 24th August 2024 from the Lews Castle Terrace.
