Story
I have a friend who has such a kind soul, he is called Indigo Hawk and he used to be a very fit and athletic person, he practiced martial arts for 18 years. To cut a long story short when he was 38 he was diagnosed with M S and his life then started to make more sense, as he had spent most of it struggling with pain and other difficulties to numerous to list, never complaining about the the challenges he has been constantly faced with on a day to day basis and refusing to let his illness define him as a person. In 2010 he was struggling so badly one day that his DR prescribed new meds for him. Unknown to Indy one of the side effects of this medication was that it had the potential to effect your teeth. This is exactly what happened to Indy, within 36 hours of using this medication his teeth were being effected he could feel that something was not right, so he talked to his dentist about this and was then told that the medication was known to effect people like this and his reaction was a direct result of the medication he had been given. Indy then decided as soon as he knew of this side effects to stop using the drug. By this time it was too late for him and the damage had already been done. In the next coming months Indy's teeth started to crumble and fall out as the side effects took effect, he has been left with a few teeth on his bottom gum and a few teeth on his top gum, none of which are in line with each other this has meant that he has not been able to eat properly now for years, he cant chew his food sufficiently which makes it hard for him to swallow and the weight is just dropping off of him, he is wasting away before our very eyes. He needs to be able to fund private dental care treatment as he needs implants rather than dentures due to the gag relex that M S produces so that he can once again eat proper food and start to sustain himself properly once again. Please help pay for Indy's teeth if your able ......many thanks for reading.

7 years agoSo great news on Indy's teeth is that the dentist who is currently treating Indy has suggested a much better and cost effective treatment to solve his problem as he became aware of how hard Indy was struggling to find the money to pay for the treatment and aware of how quickly he was loosing weight. To cut a long story short, Indy now has a full top set of new teeth and a lovely smile that goes with it! He is so happy and grateful to everyone who has helped so far, now only £1600 left to find to complete the treatment. Much love to you all. x
