The Well Community Cafes (in partnership with other churches in the area) provide free food and other services to those requiring help, particularly among the homeless, marginalised and vulnerable in our community. They provide friendship, support and practical care, in a warm, safe and welcoming atmosphere.

Intus Lettings Ltd are proud to be supporting the good work that the team and volunteers at The Well Community Cafes provide to their patrons.

This Christmas we are dedicating our charity fund raising day to raise money to provide vital food supplies for the homeless and vulnerable during the festive period.

We understand that many are experiencing challenging times at present but donations no matter how small or large will be greatly appreciated.

You can donate to both the Just Giving page and/or deliver supplies and food parcels to our local office in St Annes on Sea. Opening times are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm but we would urge anyone wishing to deliver items to call ahead to ensure someone is available to receive them.

We are hosting a festive coffee morning on Friday 8th December 2023. Visit us between 11am & 3pm to partake in tea, coffee & mulled wine, mince pies and other Christmas treats.

Donations taken towards food & beverages on the day with the chance to also purchase raffle tickets for the many prizes on offer including Christmas hamper, beauty vouchers among other festive delights.
