Kim Irons is not your ordinary mother. She is a mother of five beautiful children. She strives to work hard for her kids and sacrifices a lot for them.I have watched her have it all and lose it all. Her life changed when her mother died. She was heartbroken and had to take on the roll of taking care of her dad. She struggled and her mother's death took a toll on the whole family. I watched her muster up strength to deal with work, family, and broken hearts including hers.

why is her story so important? Her 4 yr old daughter Zuri Aniya was diagnosed with acute leukemia . Kim worked hard and then lost her job and struggled to raise money to pay for zuri's chemo. Then she went back to work after finding a new job and had to get a car just so she could work and take zuri to chemotherapy.....just to be hit with the one news she never thought she would hear....She has cervical cancer. She lost that new job and it left them in financial hardship struggling in their home needs needs, financial and medical needs. Kim has kept a smile and stayed strong just so the kids would be alright not always knowing that at night...their mother was crying and trying to find a way to support them. This cancer on both mother and daughter has the other siblings sad because they are kids. they are watching mama and sister deal with so much.Her family is in need of help! Kim is trying to get back to work knowing that she needs the surgery to remove her cancer. She is doing it all on her own.

Please help my friend. She has kept me smiling through my cancer struggle and i refuse to sit back and watch her not get the help she needs. she is in need of food, help with rent, and utilities. I am keeping her uplifted but i can't help them alone. I need everyone to share this and to donate.
