Louis and I are running a 10k obstacle course In January in order to raise money for two charities which are very close to our hearts.
The first charity is one set up by our cousin Olivia and her husband Nigel called the Jack Rabbit Foundation, this charity is set up to raise full awareness of the immediate and real danger of water to babies and toddlers in the UK. The other is called Action on Addiction, this charity helps those who struggle with addictions and is a very meaningful cause to us.

Any donations would be HUGELY appreciated as we're hoping to raise £500 in total. This is going to be a huge challenge for us both and we would appreciate any support that you could give us, in whatever form that may be.
