Arthur sadly took his own life on the 1st 11th 2016 he suffered from server depression. This was brought on at aged 5 years old when innocently playing in the park 3 teenaged boys tried to hang him they put a noose around his small neck covered him in dog mess and continued. If it wasn't for his 8 year old sister at the time jayme he would of died then. Ashamedly although the police were called no actions were taken the local paper also reported. 6 months later in the same park with the same boys a 12 year old girl was seriously sexually assaulted. from the day this happened to Arthur he was never the same. 13 years his mum tried to get help but turned away with" He will grow out of it, its just a faze". jacqueline his mother had to give up work to look after Arthur as he declined from society heart breaking to watch. Last year after a visit to the local MP they finally but regretably too late got the help he rightly should of got aged 5. In Arthur's own words to a councillor "ITS TOO LATE" and i guess the damage had been done. Arthur was an angel never in trouble good grades at school never smoked drank beer never a fizzy drink we were all blessed to of known him. due to his age he didn't have life insurance and with Jacqueline giving up work they are a family who need the kindness of good decent people to help give Arthur the celebration send off he rightly deserves. His biological father run off after terrorising Jacqueline into a nervous breakdown having nothing to do with them his own choice still to date although he's been notified of Arthurs deaths made no attempt to console or correct his integrity so please if you can give as little or as much as you can anything over the suggested amount will go to Merton young peoples Mental Health services. You can also view more pages at Jacqueline peebells face book. your help will be very much heart warmingly appreciated and also deeply respected. thank you xxx
