I’m taking part in a charity boxing match on the 19th of November 2023 to raise money for the charity Grippers.

Grippers is an amazing charity with virtually no overheads that provides support to people recovering from psychosis. The support they provide is invaluable in the recovery of individuals with psychosis, a debilitating mental health condition.
