James and I will be taking part in the Tour de Gwent this year. Cycling 36 miles on the Bronze route. We have started our training so we are ready for the big day, hopefully the food stops will be plentiful and well stocked. St David's Hospice is a great charity that has helped so many people in desperate need over the years. This will be the 4th time I have entered this race a James 3rd (midi route 20 Miles) I would be very grateful if you could support us in this to raise as much money as possible for this great charity.
