No words will truly justify what a beautiful girl Chloe was, both inside & out. Sadly, on 24/07/16 the hearts of so many who loved her were to be forever broken 💔 A story that has broke the entire community and touched the lives of so many who both knew & loved her for the beauty she was. It is absolutely unimaginable to think what those closest to her are going through right now and nothing will ever fill this empty space for them, but can we give Michelle, Lee & Sophie just one less thing to worry about at this difficult & heartbreaking time?
