Story

In October 2016, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend passed away after battling bowel cancer.

Jo was inspirational in many, many ways. She was beautiful, brilliant and brave.

Over the next 18 months, family and friends will be doing various fundraising events to raise money in Jo's memory. These include half marathons, race for life, craft events and the 3 peak challenge!

The funds raised will be split between 2 charities and Jo's children.
Details of these are below:

🔴The Brodey Cancer Centre in Banbury - this is where Jo had her chemo.

🔴The Dashwood Banbury Academy - this is where Jo's children Millie & Theo go to school. Jo was a parent governor for the school, and was involved in the after school clubs.

🔴Millie and Theo - Jo's two children.

We can't believe we are at 70% of our target already! Everyone has been so generous and it's very much appreciated! Our next event is 28.01.17 at Ceewood Hall hall in Witney. It's a bingo night. Starting at 7pm. Tickets are £5 per person. We also have a raffle going on too. Please contact myself for any information. Again, a massive thanks to everybody involved in supporting our fundraising!! Katie x

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated via this page and also through the events that have already taken place. The support is so appreciated. The next event we are planning is a bingo night! This is happening on 28th January at Ceewood Hall in Witney. There will also be a raffle taking place too! More details to follow very soon!

The first event we have going on is a craft night! This is on Thursday 17th November at The Sun pub in Hook Norton. Christmas crafts and stalls - perfect for Christmas shopping. All proceeds will go towards our total. Thank you so much to everyone who's donated already, everyone's been so generous!
