    Story

We are looking to raise funds to support 2 very respected security officer who have been working on the frontline and have contracted Covid-19. *Updated 22.05.20 please see below* further update 13.07.2020*

Joe Ganiebny (Right) Joe is a tremendous security officer and a friendly face so many within the Leeds area recognise. Joe has worked in security for over 20 years with a faultless record, delivering a top service to our clients in a variety of roles. His role at the time of contracting Covid-19 was a gatehouse officer working on protecting national infrastructure. Joe is currently in Intensive Care at Halifax Hospital where he has been for nearly 2 weeks.

*Update 22.05.20 - Joe remains in Hospital and after 3 weeks still has Covid-19, he has now also contracted Pneumonia, Joe is not in a very good way*

*Update Joe remains in hospital but has been moved to a normal ward, he had the breathing tube removed last week and is steadily beginning rehabilitation by eating for himself and small movements out of bed*

Joseph Lynn (Left) Joseph has worked with myself for 2 years after moving from London to Yorkshire. Joseph started working on gatehouses around the Wetherby area before moving a year ago onto the same project as Joe. Being the consistant monday to friday gatehouse officer, Joseph has grown to know many workers who are on the site including being well respected by the management team. Joseph also has an unblemished record and unfortunately suffered several strokes at his home address and was rushed to Leeds General Infirmary intensive care unit it was then found a few days later that he had covid-19. Joseph remains in a battle for stability but is now free of Covid-19, he has a long road to recovery as he is still yet to learn how to communicate again.

*Update 22.05.20 - Joseph has been moved to a stroke unit at Mid Yorkshire Hopsital, unfortunately Joseph has suffered internal bleeding earlier this week of which is believed to be his stomach wall weakening due to not eating for 3 weeks, he is being treated for this but it has put him back in a critical status*

*update 13.07.20 - Joseph has suffered further complications with his digestive system due to the internal bleeding, he is booked in for further operations this week to try and rectify this. He is extremely weak and suffering greatly with consistent pain. He had a fall out of bed when he became scared and anxious with hospital staff as he is struggling to understand and communicate*

These 2 fantastic frontline security officers need some support at this time to help cover priority bills just like they help us all by protecting some of the countries infrastructure.

Any donations are very welcome and will all be split equally to help both officers, thank you all for support.
