We have started this crowdfunding page in aid of our friend John Claridge.

To do this we ask you to sponsor our group of friends & work colleagues climb Snowdonia in support of John on Saturday 12 November 2016.

The group will be completing the Miner Track route an 8mile route there and back with an ascent of 723m to be completed in a hopeful 6 hours.

Johns Journey...
John was diagnosed with bowel cancer early this year and has been through the mill throughout his treatment.

The aim of the page is to sponsor and support his close friends who would like to raise money to give him a little help in this awful ordeal he has had to go through so he does not have to worry about bills or debts.

John was diagnosed with Bowel cancer early this year, he went through what he was told the best course of treatment for him, which was to have his tumour cut out, during his operation in March 2016 the surgeons took away 1 tumour, and he was given the all clear, but shortly after his operation he returned to work, unfortunately while working John started to experience horrendous pain in his back and abdomen and by the May he was in so much he had to return to hospital which resulted in there being 2 more tumours found which were originally thought to be benign, this wasn’t the case. John has now had to start Chemotherapy at the beginning of July and is currently going through his 3rd occurrence.

John is an Ex-servicemen and a good hard working friend that deserves the chance to rest without having to worry about rushing back to work.

So can you help aid John in his road to treatment & recovery so he does not have to worry about returning straight back to work because of the stresses of bills and debts mounting and can concentrate on his health and wellbeing and getting back to the big bouncy jolly lad all his friends & family know him to be.
