Story
My son Josh was diagnosed at 3 years old with a rare cancer like illness that affects approx 50 children a year and called multi system Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (L.C.H) he has been receiving chemotherapy for 5 1/2 years now and will continue until his illness stops coming back , they don't know when it will end because his has now spread from his lymph gland and chest into his jaw resulting in loosing 13 teeth due to the ulcer like tumours round his gums and his Piturity Gland in his brain causing him to end up with another condition called Diabetes Insipidus which he will have for life now .
Despite all of this he smiles on even when he is sick and he is definitely a fighter and my little Hero x
I will put a link up for anyone wanting to read up on it
https://www.macmillan.org.uk/cancerinformation/cancertypes/childrenscancers/typesofchildrenscancers/langerhanscellhistiocytosis.aspx
The reason I'm doing this page is he would like to give something back as well as raise awareness so we are hoping to set a charity up but it needs £5000 to make it official and fully registered but more would be great
the charity is there to help any child affected by illness it doesn't have to be the one diagnosed because siblings can feel the hurt to and in the early stages families cant always cope with the extra cost of hospital visits every day
So this is to try and help out where ever we can to try and ease some of the stress every little helps
Thank You to anyone that helps us out with our cause
I will put updates on as and when I can about things we are planning

This is designed to help young children and families in times of need it can be something simple as a day out , in early days of diagnosis and frequent hospital visits there is no spare money Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis which affects only 50 children a year in the U.K x
