We’re thrilled to see this. Thank you to all those at Contemporary British Painting who’ve helped bring the Judith Tucker Memorial Prize into being, and to everyone who has given funds in support. We’re so grateful, and Judy would have been so proud.

The Judith Tucker’s Fitties memorial show at Cleethorpes Library, which Linnah Ingham was hugely instrumental in creating, was hung at the beginning of May and is on till the end of June. There is still time to visit - do go if you get the chance. Quite a few Fitties residents have been along. See one happy couple below, delighted to see their chalet feature in Judy’s work!

We are overwhelmed with the generosity shown by friends, colleagues and supporters, not only in donating to this Art Prize in Judy's memory but in working tirelessly to secure her legacy through shows, lectures, cataloguing and acquisitions. The list of those to thank is long. Meanwhile, work on the Judith Tucker Art Prize is progressing, with Griselda Pollock, Lubaina Himid and Harriet Tarlo as trustees, and in liaison with Judy’s colleagues at Contemporary British Painting. We will publish more details very soon.
