As you probably know Julian had a massive stroke in April last year. After many months in hospital in Lewisham and then at the Neurology hospital in Russell Square he is coming home, but his home needs adapting. Julian still uses a wheelchair and the house needs to be made accessible. Added to this it is vital that he continues to receive intensive physiotherapy which will need to be paid for privately.
