Story
Julie Robinson (Jumbled Up Productions) and I have created this 'Yoga at Maggies' DVD suitable for anyone looking for a beginners yoga session or if you are going through Cancer treatment or needing relaxation if suffering with someone else going through Cancer.
I teach yoga at Maggies Lanarkshire and Glasgow and a few people had suggested I make a DVD they can use at home...and this is where the idea came from.
All proceeds from the sale of the DVD will go to Maggies in Lanarkshire as it takes £2500 to run the centre for a day. This is part of their 'Pay for a Day' campaign and since I lost my Gran to Ovarian Cancer 12 years ago, I like to do some fundraising in her memory too.
So many thanks to Julie Robinson for all her free time in putting this piece of work together.
