Betsy Jenny Counselling and Wellbeing Cafe is a Community Hub in the centre of Sunderland City Centre.

We offer free ,mental health support to anyone who needs it. We have a free Listening Ear Service as well as community groups and addictions/bereavement services to help bring everyone together and make their lives better.

We are a Community Interest Company (CIC) which means we are a non profit organisation so every penny Betsy Jenny Counselling and Wellbeing Cafe makes goes straight back in to offering the services we provide.

To secure the cafe and allow us to continue to help the Community of Sunderland we really need your help to be able to secure the premises and deter the criminals from targeting us again and taking the things we work so hard to provide for our customers.
