My name is Carolina, I am a mother who can not stand still and do nothing while watching the suffering of the people in Gaza. For this reason, in collaboration with Palestinian mothers and fathers in Gaza, we came up with the idea of Keffiyeh Aid Project.

I am in contact with a small organisation ( Save Gaza) and three individuals, Eyas Abuowda (father of 5 in Deir Al-Balah), Shiama Abuowda (engineer in Jabalia) and Reham Al-Jarrah (english theacher in Mawasi), and we have all teamed up to help as many people as we can.

For some time our main focus has been buying and distributing water. Since April 2024 an up to our project has distributed over a 135,000L. But the priorities and needs in the Strip keep shifting so at this moment we are distributing food in two camps: Al Rawad, in Zawaida and Al-Barakah orphans camp in Mawasi.
A plate of hot food provided by a shared kitchen costs a bit more than £2. 200 meals = £400
It is not expensive, but must be continuous if we want to be a real source of help.
