Raising £7000 for a heart operation for Kimmy the funds will help Kimmy receive a life changing operation & fighting chance for a new lease of life for this gorgeous angel who has been battling with this condition since birth i want to do everything possible to make this happen for Kimmy and her family and your support would be greatly appreciated
