I'm raising £60000 to raise money in memory of Kristian Smith

We are raising money in memory of Kristian Smith, affectionately known as Long Dog. His unexpected and untimely death has been a shock to all who knew and loved him.
Many of you will have fond memories of his larger-than life character as he was well known for his infectious energy, warm heart and never failed to bring a smile to people he surrounded himself with.
Longdog had a stellar sporting career representing Abertillery, British Army, Blaina, Cardiff, Nantyglo, Merthyr, SGS Filton, Tredegar and more recently Shore Mixed Martial Arts
Kris’s passing has left the whole family and friends shocked and devastated, that such a sudden death could happen to someone who seemed so happy and healthy in life.
Kristian spent the majority of his career serving as a Soldier in the British Army for over six years. This included serval tours defending our country. Kris put his body on the line for us. But now as a group of friends, it’s time for us to do something for him.
Heartbroken by his passing, we are coming together to do something for his legacy. To show everyone just how much he meant to so many. Over the coming months, we have several challenges and fundraising events planned that we can’t wait to share details with you all soon.
We are aiming to raise as much money as possible for his partner Lisa and his unborn baby girl. All proceeds raised will be donated to the family to help them the best we all can in this very dark sad time.
Thank you to all who have been in touch with messages of condolence. We have been truly moved by your kindness and sympathies.
