Hey Everyone,

So since October 7th 2016 I have been waking up with a heavy heart thinking about all the lives lost and ruined in Haiti due to Hurricane Matthew. I feel helpless and have been struggling to think about how I can contribute to helping this beautiful country and its people.

It has not even been a decade since the last hurricane where people died in their 100's and 1000's. Today, because of Hurricane Matthew the death toll is nearly at 1000. We have to do something.

I refuse to give my money to these so-called charities who profess to be 'their for the people' and provide aid. Having worked with both government led charities and non-profit organisations a high % of the money is going in employee's pockets or pretentious strategy luncheons and dinners where discussions are meant to be had to find the best solutions to help those in need, instead bills are racked up with copious amounts of bottles of prosecco and company uber journeys home. I for one will not be funding anyones meals, cab journeys or other expenses.

I am currently seeking a more 'grass root' organisation who's main purpose is to help the people of Haiti and not fill the pockets of their employee's.

I want my money and yours to go directly to the Haitian people.

I've worked out I have approximately 2000 internet friends across all my social media platforms and if everyone donated minimum £1 I would reach my target.

So i'm asking everyone to not even dig deep, just donate your change and Lets Help Haiti!
