Story
I am in the early stages of opening a charity Leo's superhero fund which will support families with children with cancer. This is something very close to heart as my son Leo was diagnosed in 2015 with Leukemia. I understand first hand how hard financially and emotionally it is for families. I aim to support families but sending a food voucher for around £100 to start with once a year just to help a small amount with the extra food that is sometimes needed for our little fighters as theyou go through treatment.
The children and families that I have met along the journey with Leo have been amazing and inspiring. These children and truly wonderful and light up the room. They go each day battling for their precious lives withere the biggest smiles you have seen. They are an inspiration and touch your heart and soul.

My self and other family members have entered into this year's Grim Challenge, an 8 mile run through mud, clay and water on an Army training camp. This is our first fundraiser for Leo's superhero fund and is on the 3rd December this year.
