As many of you will know, finding a cure for Motor Neurone Disease is a cause very close to our hearts, having lost two of our cousins - Jonathan and Joshua - to this horrible disease.

Each year, our family living in LA takes part in the ALS Association's Walk to Defeat ALS. It turns out that Geraint is working in San Diego this week, so is able to join them on the walk which takes place in Irvine on 5 Nov. It's a bit complicated for non-US family and friends to donate via the ALS Association page, so we've set up a Just Giving page in case any body would like to support this really worthwhile cause. The alternative, of course, is dousing yourself in ice-cold water again... yes... in the middle of winter! ;)
