Meet Lilian. This beautiful little girl is just 8 years old and since diagnosis at age 2, she has fought a rare and very serious blood condition called Aplastic anemia. This is where your bone marrow cannot make enough new blood cells for your body to work normally. So she has been receiving multiple blood transfusions each month just to have enough red blood in her body to keep well.
She now faces her biggest battle as she has to have more and more frequent transfusions which are no longer treating her as the condition worsens. The only cure and option they now have for Aplastic Anemia is Stem Cell Transplant. Finally her family have a matching Donar after 6 years of searching. But this isn't without huge risks. She has to have Chemotherapy first to kill all her own Stem Cells before receiving the Donar Cells. If her body responds it will save her life and cure her life long illness.

In going through this she will lose all her gorgeous hair due to Chemotherapy. We would like to raise £3400 to fund a Wig for Lilian as she is very upset about her precious hair falling out. This money will enable her own hair to be made into a Wig, so she can wear her own hair and feel pretty while going through the most invasive treatment in complete isolation for up to two months.
