Story
Doncaster is incredibly lucky to have the incredible team at St John's Hospice to provide the best possible support and care to patients and their families - truly offering a much needed source of comfort through what will inevitably be a difficult time for so many people.
With such an incredible organisation on our doorstep, I'm hoping to contribute as much as I can to support this organisation. And so, I'm running the Sheffield Half Marathon in aid of St John's Hospice.
I'll admit, I didn't actually realise how hilly the city of Sheffield actually was before I signed up. Nor am I an overly natural or enthusiastic runner.....BUT with your support, I'm sure I can power through with minimal tears of pain (although I'm sure running and post-running pictures will beg to differ)!
Thank you 😊

Hello 😊 I'm running the (very hilly) Sheffield Half Marathon in aid of St John's Hospice in Doncaster! I honestly need all the help and support I can get....I've not run anywhere near this distance before and gravity will not be my friend
