Hi, our names are Lisa and Sharon.

Sharon thoughtfully asked me if I wanted to join her in her fundraising quest and I chose to add the Dialysis Unit at Bolton Royal as my late Father underwent dialysis there three times a week and I saw first hand how challenging this was, being confined to a chair for over 4 hours a session, affecting people of all ages. If we could provide simple comforts for example, decent headphones for the patients to listen to their individual hospital t.v's or anything the patients would like their funds to go towards.

Our good friend Sharon Bolus was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and underwent her treatment at Bolton Breast Unit in 2014-15, thankfully due to the amazing treatment and support Sharon received and her sheer tenacity - all that is now behind her and because of her unwavering determination to turn a negative situation into a positive one!

Lastly the Palliative Care Ward, the Doctors and Nurses there providing patients and their families with much needed care and support through a very traumatic time.

Sharon and I are organising a "Boobie Night's Bash' a charity night on the 12th November and it's promised to be full of fun and frolics!

Sharon would like to thank Lisa and Jane to kick start the fundraising with their challenging half marathon, were they raised around £800!
