First of all, i won't be taking any profits from this book, profits will be split between 3 charities, York LGBT Forum, York Pride and York LGBT History Month.

This book is about my struggle through life coming to terms with being transgender, how i went about transitioning and the mistakes i made along the way. i hope it can help other transgender people, and help make cis-gender people aware of what we face each day, the struggle for acceptance we endure and the hoops we jump through to reach our goal of just being true to ourselves.
With the complimentary copies of the book, i intend to donate a copy to local secondary schools.
Should the book actually make any profits, i intend to donate of the profits to local charities, including LGBT charities.

To cover the production costs, editing, design and global marketing, the book publishing company require £1000 plus shipping.
The shipping is all the marketing materials for UK book stores and the complimentary copies of the book, which will be available in Paperback, Hardback and E-Book form.

The £1000 is the only cost, from there after the initial print run, further copies will be printed on demand at retail price for the book but i have a deadline to meet to get this book on the production line for the discounted cost.
